In Ghana most babies can use a walker From 4-6months 

1. it is true that from age 4-6months babies love to move about. Their leg and back are now strong to stand upright and hold head up. so from this age, you can get a gear to help babies explore and stretch their legs.

2. Caution: Don"t keep baby in a walker for too long. allow baby to also spend time sitting unaided and stretching.

3. Walkers are usually designed for babies between the ages of 4 to 16 months. Apart from this, the baby needs to be able to hold his head up quite steadily and have his feet touch the floor when placed in the walker, to be able to use it.
