Solid Feeding Tips For Babies

When your little one is ready for solids (it's best to start around 6 months of age), you can start with any of these first foods—either in purée form or as finger foods (baby-led weaning/feeding). These are top options for BLW.
Offering a variety of foods (and adding in other fruits and veggies, along with whole grains and more protein options such as poultry, fish, tofu, beans, and meats) as baby becomes a more proficient eater will help to expand baby's palate.
Remember, this is not an exhaustive list... just some options that are usually well received by a newbie eater!
