SAMPLE SCHEDULE for a 12-14 month old. Let me emphasize SAMPLE. 🥞🥕🧀 ⠀

By 12 months, make sure you are having at least 3 consistent meals per day PLUS 1-3 snacks. Milk needs generally start to decrease. Sometimes it happens naturally, but if not- 12 months is not a bad time to start actively weaning so that the majority of intake is coming from foods. The recommendation from the American Academy of Pediatrics is to transition off the bottle by 12-18 months. For us, we were down to 2 milk feeds per day by 12-14 months. But if you want to wean entirely that’s perfectly acceptable, just make sure you are offering meals/snacks regularly.⠀
